I’m a communication and leadership consultant who partners with directors and senior leaders in higher education and nonprofit organizations as they navigate change, turnover, and the pressure of carrying their organization’s mission forward.

I don’t believe every challenge can be solved with another training or a quick fix. I start by understanding what’s happening beneath the surface—how communication, team dynamics, leadership practices, and organizational demands intersect—and then work alongside leaders to identify what needs to shift.

Through coaching, assessment, facilitation, and professional development, I provide tailored support that builds leadership and team capacity. My approach is grounded in my experience as a senior higher education leader and scholar-practitioner, as well as my experience as a first-generation student and professional.
