Training

I have extensive experience providing small and large group trainings for higher education staff, faculty, religious organizations, and corporate organizations. As a trainer, I believe it is important to build trainings that align with the educational level and goals of the organization. I offer foundational equity and inclusion trainings, deeper equity and justice focused trainings, and topics that focus on building team cohesion and growth. Together we will assess current needs and build a training plan to support your organization's learning and development goals.
